I have created this years stuffed cookie Halloween Bundle but with a TWIST. Each recipe includes how to make your cookies into spooky cookies as well as the originals you can create to use all year round.

Our ube cookie dough base with white chocolate chips mixed throughout, stuffed with a coconut crème, topped with a coconut buttercream and a sprinkle of crushed Oreos.
BROWN SUGAR POPTART:
A brown sugar caramel cookie dough base, stuffed with a cheesecake filling (shelf stable) topped with a vanilla icing glaze and finished off with brown sugar cinnamon streusel pieces.
*** THIS STYLE OF COOKIE IS MEANT TO HAVE A SOFT TEXTURE IN THE MIDDLE BUT IT IS COMPLETLEY BAKED THROUGH. (FOOD THERMOMETER TESTED.)***
