Chocolate Covered Banana Cookie Recipe

You can never go wrong with a chocolate covered banana, we recommend chilling this cookie and serving it cold just like your favorite fair treat!
-Chocolate Covered Banana: Our double chocolate cookie dough base packed with chocolate chips, Stuffed with a banana cream filling (shelf stable) in the middle, topped with a banana drizzle, and finished off with banana muffins and peanuts.
This includes the recipe for the cookie, the banana filling recipe and I have also provided instructions to make these cookies into mini cookies.
This style of cookie is meant to have a soft texture in the middle but it is completely baked through. (Food thermometer tested)
