A classic snickerdoodle cookie dough base with 2 options of buttercream fillings, eggnog OR cookie butter (both recipes included) rolled in cinnamon sugar and topped with an optional eggnog glaze.

This cookie can be made unstuffed and includes directions on how to turn it into a sandwich cookie as well as 2 recipes for buttercream fillings.

*** THIS STYLE OF COOKIE IS MEANT TO HAVE A SOFT TEXTURE IN THE MIDDLE BUT IT IS COMPLETLEY BAKED THROUGH. (FOOD THERMOMETER TESTED.)***
