Churro Funnel Cake Cookie Recipe

-Churro Funnel Cake: Our delicious cinnamon sugar cookie dough packed with hints of cinnamon and fried dough throughout, stuffed with a chocolate sauce, topped with a drizzling of chocolate, and finished off with a dusting of powdered sugar.
This includes the recipe for the cookie and for the chocolate sauce stuffed in the middle. I have also provided instructions to make these cookies into mini cookies.
This style of cookie is meant to have a soft texture in the middle but it is completely baked through. (Food thermometer tested)
